Special Instructions

We love your littles, but unless they have a scheduled appointment, we ask that they please remain at home during your service. The salon can be very busy and all of our spaces were designed for paying clients (waiting area, dryers, stations chairs, etc). The salon may also be harmful for little ones due to hot tools, chemicals, and sharp objects. We appreciate your understanding.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We observe a 48-hour cancellation policy. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment in order to avoid cancellation fees. Appointments canceled within the 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. No-show and day-of cancellations are subject to be charged 100% of the cost of your scheduled service.

A 25% deposit is required to secure any color appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost at the time of your visit. The BOB Salon requires a credit card to be kept on file upon booking. 

Adjustment and Refund Policy 

We want you to love your hair! If you feel an adjustment is needed, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment and adjustments must be made with the same stylist who performed your service. Adjustments are made to fine tune the look that we created together, not to change the original style or color direction. We will do our best to accommodate within a few days of original appointment. After 7 days, or if you'd like something different than originally requested, a new appointment will be required.
